In many ways you are more microbe than human!

While researching about gut health I came across a great video that explains how our microbes work for and keep us healthy and protect us from bad bacteria. 

In return, we have to provide them with the right fuel (healthy eating habits). Kombucha is one of MANY ways that can improve your gut health, therefore I urge everyone to educate themselves more on fermented foods like, kefir, yogurt, sauerkraut and so on. Get smart, Eat right, be Healthy.
