The STORY behind Crazy Culture…
A long long time ago it all started with two friends sitting at a burger place wanting to have a healthy drink to make them feel better for what they were about to eat, however the only healthy drink available was water… As you can imagine this didn’t get their taste buds very excited! In fact, this got the two friends talking about finding a healthy exciting drink instead of boring old water.

That’s when these two friends stumbled upon Kombucha! This fermented tea was like a party in their mouths, bubbles dancing, bursting and popping with flavour throughout their mouths! They just couldn’t get enough of the sweet yet tart drink that was not only delicious to drink but was packed full of gut healing probiotics.
They wanted to share this mouth-watering taste all over Australia so they put together a Kombucha kit that had everything you needed and was super easy to make at home. After running this business since 2016 we have become known as the Kombucha experts! Our goals have now increased from a healthy drink in our local burger place to wanting to help educate people in becoming more aware of gut health and remembering how to make their own home produce!!

Since we didn’t want to be solely known as the Kombucha specialists but instead the gut health fermentation specialists we became Crazy Culture! We want to help people realise that the gut makes up 80% of our immune system and majority of diseases stem from bad gut health so instead of being prescribed medication to treat symptoms (Band-Aid solution) we are wanting to help people treat the cause/prevent the condition from occurring.
Crazy Culture is run by Josh who is crazy by nature and even crazier by reputation! Fun Fact - Josh is in charge of the growth of the SCOBY’s that we have in our Kombucha kits, Josh’s secret to such great SCOBY’s is that he sings to them and plays them some classical music.
