The Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast (SCOBY) is made with Certified Organic Sugar and a blend of Certified Organic Sencha green and Assam black tea and is ready to go with strong starter liquid. The SCOBY and Starter liquid is packaged in a BPA-FREE bag, made from filtered water.
SIZES: 200ml option will brew 2L of Kombucha, the 400ml option will brew 4 litres of Kombucha, and the 800ml option will brew 8 litres of kombucha.
